Dr. Parag Thuse is a corporate trainer with the wide training experience of 3 decades. He is a graduate of Ayurveda and post graduate in Psychological counseling and Psychotherapy.  He has attained specialized training on yoga for Musculo-skeletal Disorders (MSD). 
He has designed and been imparting training programs  that include workshops, lectures, practicals to promote effectiveness through health and happiness. He has delivered his training sessions for all levels of organization from shop floor employees to top management.   He has versatile experience to work across various sectors including Automobile Companies, Educational Institutes, IT Companies, Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings, Banks and Insurance Companies etc. He has also developed individual tailor made techniques based on Yoga, Modern psychology, Psycho therapy and Ayurveda. He has also been working as a Personal Counselor for various professionals and HNIs for last 30 years.
              He is Founder Director of Swasthya Yoga Kendra ( SYK ). The SYK is specialized in developing issue based sessions for various organization according to their specific needs and requirements. 
His topic of training program include
